For 16 years, Annie worked for Giant Creative Services filling many roles including the Facilities Manager to the San Jose Woman’s Club and the First Unitarian Church and assisting in the implementation of current rental programs at both History Park and the School of Arts & Culture at the Mexican Heritage Plaza.

Over the past two decades, Annie discovered a love for producing medium to large scale festivals and events such as Left Coast Live, Winter Wonderland, Palo Alto Clay & Glass Festival, Bark in the Park, Big Bands & BBQ, Code:ART and various Wine Walks. With a BS Degree from San Jose State University in Recreation & Leisure Studies, Annie believes strongly in building & strengthening communities through fun and memorable experiences. Specializing in City permitting, vendor & staff management, logistics and event safety - Annie enjoys the challenge of bringing creative solutions to each event's unique challenges.

Laura Justus Wolford is a seasoned professional with a passion for orchestrating exceptional events and leading complex projects to success. With years of experience in event planning and project management, Laura is known for her keen eye for detail, creative problem-solving, and ability to deliver seamless experiences that exceed expectations. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of event production, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences, where she skillfully balances logistics, vendor coordination, and budget management.

A natural leader, Laura thrives in dynamic environments, steering cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities with grace and precision. In addition to her event planning prowess, Laura brings robust project management capabilities, ensuring every initiative she undertakes is executed on time and within scope. Catherine Bush brings over 17 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, event planning, and operations management. She has a strong focus on social media, digital marketing, and website management—skills she’s used to help brands and events connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. Her leadership style is grounded in emotional intelligence and open communication, which helps her build strong teams and lasting partnerships.
